- she has 2 small pairs of wings which follow a 2-tone gradient (that i never draw)
- she consumes gold to preserve the brilliance and strength of her horns & tail spade

When I first started drawing I used to copy drawings from Dragon Ball comics. Now that I wanted to practice a more comic book coloring style, with gradients and harder edges, I thought I'd go back to it again.
So, volume 37, chapter 440, color by me. How does it look? 😬
Tried some exercises with gradients, starting with greyscale and then putting 2-3 gradient maps over the drawing.
@Geo_AW @Mihuri123 Honestly the hilt looks so flawless. The only thing I would recommend changing is the gradient used here, it seems a little out-of-place with the rest of the hilt. Besides that, easily 11/10. I love seeing how far you've grown as an artist.

Process:
1. Blobs of color that vaguely resemble fire shades
2. Add some streaks
3. Add some orange-red overlay gradient
4. Add some bright gold dodge-y gradient!

CSP's new Colorize tool can make some beautiful results when it doesn't go right to gradients of black and red.
