Even though I didn't read Berserk, I always loved seeing Miura's art. He didn't draw much fan art but he always made an exception for Chika Umino. Their friendship was so sweet. Again rest in peace Miura-sensei 💔

Hoje foi confirmado uma grande baixa na indústria, Kentaro Miura, autor de Berserk faleceu no dia 6 de Maio. Estou muito triste com a notícia, SAO usa algumas inspirações de Berserk em sua obra. Infelizmente menos um gênio, mas que deixou sua obra-prima pra gente.

The undeniable impact of Berserk obviously cannot be overstated, but I remember he also loved promoting other series & artists.
I thought it was the coolest thing when he drew art to celebrate one of Akatsuki no Yona's (a shoujo manga) early volume releases 🥺
The news of Kentaro Miura’s passing is too hard to process at the moment.
Berserk is my favorite series of all time & what I considered the greatest story currently being told in the world. Now, forever to be continued.
