I theorize that Goku's techniques are written in hiragana and kanji because he's an Eastern Earthling, while Vegeta is a Western alien. Similar genetic natures, but different environmental nurtures. I describe more of these cultural contrasts in my DBZ "It's Over 9,000!" book.

I'm trying to learn more techniques for coloring gem/crystal-like objects. I've improved greatly, but there's always more for amateurs like me to learn. My coloring of a big spacecraft, with a red gem/crystal in the middle. So, I vote for a gem/crystal/polished stone tutorial ❤️
