I am highly satisified with how this lineless experiment has gone so far! Painting onto surfaces really helps put it on the body!

Also learned that you should always use the mid-tone to help darken your highlights, or equalize your shades. Smoother than blur/blend tool!

Redesigning!
I was thinking of giving her yellow highlights and all but returned on the blue to keep the chils.
After some constructive critism ,I am probally going to remove the blue circle from her eye
Someone else suggested using blue mascara

It's probally gonna be 2 or 3..

Eighth step, again this is not necessary but more like a style of mine. I also add solid highlights in the edges of the outline, to make it look like the light source is hitting the skin. Don't make it too thick, a one strand is enough.

Seventh step is to blend it out, it doesn't have to be too solid ya know. Well, it actually depends in your style. If you do solid highlights then it's okay not to blend it.
