The advent wreath on the door represents the cervix, the gateway out to the world, out of the grave & at the same time the crown that the child who goes out has on the head. The grave is open with deer antlers (the prehistoric shovel), another representation of the crown.

Fun Fact: For everyone bitching about representation, "BraveStarr" ran for 65 episodes and featured a Native American protagonist. There was also a two parter which had genderbent versions (actually descendants) of Mycroft Holmes and Inspector Lestrade from Sherlock Holmes canon.
