Actually THESE sheets predate the ones from above by a couple of months, but still 2017! I THINK i was bouncing off from either sai or ps around this time.
I personally use lasso fill and G-pen for drawing hair. Lasso for basic shapes, pen for additional details
this tutorial is for Clip Studio Paint, however you can do the same in Photoshop. Theoretically you can do the same in Paint Tool Sai, but you have to apply outline later
ive been pretending to paint for years but im just cel shading i hate the blending compared to sai but i dont feel like switching back ahghgfjh.. its all solid blocks my ass is not actually painting... Sob
