@Fawfulthgreat64 Honestly I feel similarly. I would redesign the dull bones a bit, but I would do the same.

I like to see Dull Bones as being the default design for dead Koopa Troopas, and that dry bones are possibly altered in some way + given different clothing.

tldr : I miss those 80s/90s animu art style with their dull + bright color mix, large wacky hairs (and shoulder pads) and violent, camp edgy plot

idk why, I like the edgy camp side of the 80s/90s animu fare (despite the stereotype that 80s/90s ""always"" feature pastel purple aesthetic with sparkly shoujo eyes)

@BackintheBronze Having read the Shogun Warriors comics, I think Goliath/Bill deserves better. I found the Shogun Warriors to be really dull, both writing and art. I really wanted to like them, I paid good money for the issues but they were a slog to get through. Maybe Zoids instead?

@deimosremus i also think the LOTR movies are unbearably dull to look at. Boggles my mind that John Howe could have such a huge hand in the movies and they still come out so colorless and muddy
