@Wenger13 Climbing! I can’t recommend it highly enough. Total body fitness including cardio and you forget about all your worries and stresses as it takes all your focus. And the wall never judges. Great community of people too. Best sport there is.

@JLH_Collective Great post! I share your soundtrack obsession and I have loads of OST CDs and LPs from movies I’ve never seen. French and Italian soundtracks are a particular focus. I’ll have to track down Joanna. It sounds interesting. Oh, and Rod McKuen sure was versatile.
I was listening to some Native American wolf music to try and see if I could sense a wolf spirit like the comments I've seen. I'm Cherokee so I wanted to see if it would work.
This is who I saw instead, but I also saw it in my Sonic dream, which tried to take over my focus.
That being said though, I will continue to try my hardest to push in the right direction. There are far more people out there dealing with much more difficult things. I mustn't lose my focus. It matters more now than ever before. It's end game boys!
