This makes my fourth time rereading Immortal Hulk in like, less than a year. This is going to be a comic I come back to again and again for the rest of my life. It feels great to love a book this passionately again. Haven't felt this way since I read Morrison's Bat Epic in HS.

Emma didn’t join the X-Men however until 2001 during Grant Morrison’s New X-Men run which saw a complete revamp of who Emma Frost was. She was still cool cunning and calculated but now we truly saw how much she cared for her students and how much the death of her students hurt
