I just had someone ask if this was a Necron.
It was featured in the 5th edition codex. That came out in 2011.

here side by side with what i can only presume to be...a lychguard? so they arent as big as a necropolis stalker or an ogryn. but definitely bigger than the lych guards? primaris necron? the guess of priah comes from lack of joints in the arms compared to the lych guard
