Just to be transparent.
Since the current build has been completed by a tester, I'd say EP PSP is in a vaguely Alpha-ish state of completion. Story text and negotiation is all present, all that's missing is Tatsuya's Eldritch Adventures and some velvet text... but the edit is far from completion.
