I’ve spoken about green Steven before but it’s basically a duplicate of Steven’s gem half into this sorta gem experiment thing that imprints on Steven’s gem.

Would be easier to explain them in comic form someday haha.

next up is the actual glow! this layer is a mid-saturated yellow on Add glow mode (75%). i found out that the best way to do it is NOT to duplicate the flat color layer of the part you want to glow, but rather to manually paint the glow with watercolor/soft brushes.

How I do my arts 👀
1. Sketch
2. Change sketches opacity
3.create new layer and start drawing
4. Repeat for each part of process
5.add blush and shading to areas and layers that need it.
6. Duplicate entire artwork
7. Go to new artwork and merge layers

Then a quick adjustment to unify the darker areas. From there I duplicated everything that was done up until that point, and merged that into a copy with everything combined. I set that layer to "screen" to accomplish the glow effect.

3.เวลาลงสีเสื้อผ้าก็จะไม่จบแค่เลเยอร์เดียว ต้อง duplicate เลเยอร์นั้นมาปรับ curve ไม่ก็ใส่ gradient แล้วปรับสีกับเลเยอร์โหมดอีกที ที่ใช้บ่อยๆคือ linear burn กับ multiply ค่ะ เพื่อสีที่สวยงามแบบเน้ เพราะจริงๆลงสีแค่โทนเหลือง เห็นม่วงๆนั่นปรับเอา
