I was lucky enough to read the first issue of MALL, and, entirely unsurprisingly, I love it. A kinetic, high-stakes action thrill with a lovely twist on the apocalypse and what comes next, featuring cracking writing and lovely art. You should buy it, imho.

after adding subtle colour to the reflection of the pod, i thought it might be better to let the viewer focus on just one highlight in the eyes of mads. this is analog stuff, so it had to be tested with a physical layer. 😉 looked way better imho.

i'm sure it'll check all the boxes for a Solid Zelda Adaptation, but imho the Link's Awakening remake is a big missed opportunity.

the current graphical style is... "cute". but you had a whole well of art like /this/ to draw from and do something bolder, something more dreamlike

I dunno y'all -- IMHO it was a HUGE misstep that they didn't hire me in 1998, at the age of 12, to design Godzilla for the Matthew Broderick led, Roland Emmerich directed "Godzilla".

This is probably a good time for a PSA that if you haven't watched Porco Rosso, you really should give it a chance- imho it's an all-time great Miyazaki movie, and *so* much more than the initially strange idea of a pig-that-flies-seaplanes.
