Since it's April the Arcane Jinx and Vi skins for LoR's Anniversary event should be dropping near the end of the month for free. Their lvl 1 arts represent them in Act 2 but their lvl 2 arts will be them in Act 3. Riot will also be updating 2 common skins with skinned spells.
