So I had no idea there was a Puzzles & Dragons type mobile game called Pac-Man Monsters at one point. I'm loving this art style.

Ports of Super Pac-Man and Jr. Pac-Man were once in development for the Atari 5200, even to the point of completion.

However, they were both canceled when Atari were bought out by Jack Tramiel in 1984 and he took note of the crashing American video game market during the period.

Generic name aside, Spooky was probably the best Pac-Man antagonist. (Not that there's much of a competition)

His personality isn't anything special, but his design is really cool especially in Pac-Man Monsters.

New Pac on the block! Took some inspiration from the classic look, Pac-Man 2, and Ghostly Adventures. Idk if it shines through completely, but I'm liking it.

What if the Pac-Man cartoon got the Ghost Gang's personalities correct?
(Sue not included because she's the only one they got right.)

In various interviews, Toru Iwatani highlighted a number of sources as his inspirations for the creation of Pac-Man.

The ghosts are said to be inspired by Casper and オバケのQ太郎 (Obake no Kyutarō). The antics between them and Pac-Man are inspired by Popeye and Tom & Jerry.

Figured because many of you seemed to have enjoyed that cosplay that I've made for Ringo two years ago, that I'd back at redrawing the lovely iteration of her again after so long. That being said, here is a new Ringo ver. Pac-Man drawing~!
