For the colouring style I wanted to try mimicking 's because I adore the style of their comic Shades and Shadows. It's so beautiful and I'll always recommend it 😉

Heres my latest commission! An echo knight and their echo which appears to have diverged a great deal from them. The shadows... shadows lol were really fun to work on with the purple glow and stuff.

I'm quite proud of the result. I had to draw the mask (with a mouse) and do all the details using just highlights and shadows. It took a while but I think it paid off :)

These are some things that I'd change it, maybe more definition in the feet as bones or veins and more rotation in the torso, but in general, I love the shading, I just think the right arm need more shadows.
