Honey Kisaragi's eyes are brown in the original TV series and New Cutey Honey. In Flash and Universe, they are blue. While in Re: they were teal. Her eye colors are inconsistent in Go Nagai's artwork, though he has described them as black.

The green is more desaturated teal. Green grass + yellow sunlight + blue atmosphere. I’m starting to understand color by playing with it like this^^
