it really depends imo like when the caramelldansen one was big that one wasnt really that bad but it depends on how frequently the lights flash/how high the contrast is. i really appreciate it though thank u for caring me

Another commission wrapped up! I love the chance to pull the camera back a bit & actually capture something scenic like this. The contrast of the shadow cast by them & the textures were particularly fun to paint.

muddy as in dull, not defined and sharp. I'm trying to go for the art style where it has more of a crisp feeling. art below is what I mean. I don't know if you can see it, but it's something that I always notice and it bothers me. maybe I need more contrast, but who knows

This was a really challenging piece, as it made me realise there's a ton of things I'd never tried before- dark skin, bright lights, high contrast, high saturation, perspective... basically the Rainbow Road of art.

Do you have some tips for touching up your digital colorations? I like putting some different colors for contrast like adding some lighter parts where the hair is the the skin. 🙂

Yin-Lei hates most things. But one thing he does like is goring people. Very stark contrast to Ryuu... (Yes that's a severed Yunmue tongue on the right horn, along with guts, bone and tufts of fur!)
