Soft (both in body type and fluffiness)
Drab coloration (browns and creams, for contrast)

For those curious here's a mini process breakdown of how I drew the Lady Maria piece!

This was done almost entirely with Nesskains lineart brush on Clip Studio (aka default photoshop brush for those on PS).

Occasional use of airbrush and Flyland's splatter brushes.

There's a ton of great choices for waifus in both the Pokemon and the humans, but Salazzle is one of the best. She looks absolutely delightfully sassy by default, and just look at those curves. Even her Pokedex entry emphasizes her as being always horny!
