There's a theme with my characters that their neck is covered up, (eg. Cal's Scarf or Dummy's Fluff) so I guess it's a connection to my other characters. It also makes him seem less uniform (as Mister is a Rookie)

Btw those lines under the eyes/neck and other places are not hand drawn they are an auto line filter that is why they look wierd sometimes but most times the draw them, I found this interesting and thought of sharing it
