In full disclosure, I have a previous version of that Julia one that I still really like, it just didn't fit with the others as much so I redid it. And also, a version of Nathan without some of the movement overlay I did.

I'd like to share my process i have 2 kind of process depends on the environment
- 1st I use the base color then painted it
- 2nd greyscale to color, I use overlay color to color it, it's great when it comes with dark environment

popping in to say overlays & blending modes are tools, not cheats! Knowing how they work as well as playing around can lift your work. check out how much I was able to improve these draft colors with some quick overlays.

These are based off some of the more modern trends using lots of overlays, TPUs and various straps. Then I threw in lots of color combos on muted base colors.
