lately i've been experimenting with adding more textures over my drawings to make them a little more interesting!
there were supposed to just be doodles for my patreon tiers, but ended up into full illusts lol. they'll be available as print-at-home stickers ✨

I do my outlines on illustrator with a mouse, which is the time consuming bit and think the iPad could help with a pencil and then use photoshop for textures and colour
Fairy Tale RPG textures are kind of a mess. Not easy to grab easily with proper names, or merge multiple textures into one, so here's Natsu's body texture :v

This work is from the same series as the one posted yesterday. I particularly enjoy the interplay of textures in it. The use of colour is surprisingly minimal for me, as I usually work with a very vibrant palette.
Thank you for the kind words on my Minecraft house! Some things:
1) I use Bare Bones textures + BSL Shaders
2) I thought I'd only make one nice house inspired by MC YTers like SEVEN or ManDooMin, but my mental block lasted longer.
So I made a Koreatown w/ 5 shops + bonus. (1/)
planning on learning 3d modeling that isn't static voxel stuff. no clue how to do that yet, but i can at least show off some more face textures i did.
