Yu-Gi-Oh was always my favorite anime ever since I was a kid, and for several years, I was an avid player of the card game. Hearing the death of Kazuki Takahashi really was crushing to hear because of how his work was so much of an influence in my life. He was a true legend.

The Yu-Gi-Oh manga changed my life. It's difficult to go into how but reading it made me a happier more self-forgiving person. It taught me how to love myself.

Yugioh has been with me my whole life, but it especially helped me stay connected with all the great people around me in some of the darkest parts of my life. So many amazing people stuck with me through love for this game, the show, etc.

It was exactly 33 years ago today when I was 13 years old and began a 3 week journey on a life changing trip. You don’t know who you really are as a person until you go out of your comfort zone and experience life.

The creator of one of the biggest anime/games for the world. His work helped so much. Not just personally but globally. Everyone in my generation has a Yu-Gi-Oh story. Remembers it fondly and holds it high regards. Yu-Gi-Oh helped changed my life. Thank you so much
