Hawkeye's costume changes over the past decade:

MCU Clint's look was based on the Ultimates, so for synergy 616 Clint got a new suit that semi-resembled MCU Avengers Clint in ~2012.

And now MCU Clint is getting one based on the 616 suit that's based on the MCU Avengers suit.
