I had a lot of fun with this and i tried to do my pose before the episode started proper so that I would be drawing from my initial idea itself.

for this initially i wanted it to be extremely close to chuck jones 1997 concept art for it. i looked at that art as kinda the true idea behind the design that would be better to focus on over a 1:1 islave remake, but i ended up pulling from dhabih art as well to make it a mix

From here it's just a case of painting! I initially liked the idea of her being surrounded by spooky risen cats, but we decided it was a bit too grim 💀 Cynthia really wanted this to be quite a light, fun card, so I really pushed that element :)

@thecartooncrave The 7D. Disney handled this show very poorly when it was on the air. Initially created to be a Disney Junior cartoon, but at the last minute, Disney decided to banish the series to Disney XD. It had little to no promotion or reruns. It’s still not on D+ anywhere except in Japan.
