I start by setting the base color and then I like semi lock that layer so nothing will bleed out (yeah that makes sense)

Then on the same layer I start with cell shading in a darker color (cont

Here's another drawing of Goku and Pan. I felt like drawing SSJ Kid Goku, I like his design, he looks cool and his poses are great. Pan's design in Deliverence is also really cool. I love her hair, it felt like a mix of Goku and Gohan's SSJ hair (Cell games)
