Naj loves to cook so here's a couple of dishes.

Pan seared Bukho (his planet's species of chicken) curry, usually served with sweet rice. The other is crispy spiced S'laki (field snail) (which is a delicacy among his people and loosely based on the Nigerian peppered snail dish).
