@Kouburr I've been practicing digital painting (w/out lineart) a few years. The tips I have is try to start the painting gray scale. Then when your ready, used your colors on an overlay layer, maybe double that layer, then just play with it. I wish I really knew how to explain better.

@Meramii_ Vibrant art and some tips:
- Dont immediately start with details. Focus on the values first
- Personally I prefer to do shades and highlights at the same time, but people usually save highlights for last
- Gesture drawing is important. It is what makes the artwork flow

A tip I saw from @/Hamm_Tips which I think more artists should remember: Art submissions shouldn't be treated as marriage proposals (rejection is devastating). It should be treated like fishing -- rejections and recasting your hook are expected.

-use references
-don't hesitate to look at your work with a fresh eye : take pauses , flip your canvas look at it in grayscale etc
-don't feel depressed looking at work you think better than yours , use it too learn and study
