I finally know how to do a dissolve-like effect in the Photoshop animation timeline thing: do tweening frames between 2 pics, change the second (bottom pic) to full opacity in the tween frames, and also make the tween frame intervals really fast 👍

Skipped aad messed up few steps cuz im a nub
-Such as the shadow and Light lines in early stages
-messed up the volumed in certain frames
-worked in a very small file size so colouring was a drag
-why did i work in raster
