The roof tiles are combinations of photos pieced together and painted to look seamless.

Repeated patterns are tricky to get right when drawing or painting from scratch. It's not cheating if you work smart! You're saving a lot more time to get an accurate and better painting~

It's tricky writing for a motor-mouth character, because having them ramble takes up all that extra space on screen. Still, it's a way to make her stand out in a unique way among the other characters.

Focused on putting shades on the hair here. White hair's a bit tricky for me to shade because you're mostly working with just two colors (black and white). I'm still working on these kinds of obstacles!
