Sad how upbringing affects us. For me, it wasn’t skin color, but gender. I knew I was gay. But that didn’t stop people from telling me I shouldn’t play with “girls” toys.

The art director specifically made Fallon’s skin exotic; he didn’t want to make her the typical AA doll.

I love Rankin Bass' stuff, the design of Smaug in The Hobbit is a fave, it's not what you'd expect from a typical dragon design with it incorporating feline features and fur but that's what I like about it.

As a freelancer you typically would be working as a ’Sole Trader’ & are taking responsibility for a variety of things from the tools you use to putting aside money for tax etc. That includes making your own super payments - if you choose to.
