That would have to be Yora Hisakawa! This spunky green-haired girl! She was created way back in 2014.
She actually started off as fanart of a character from a video game, but over time she got a major redesign and eventually became her own character.
Despite ostensibly being the "main girl", I didn't really put much thought into the design of this character. I think the new hairstyle works a bit better.
