i think the only thing i like more than super detailed kirby renders where you can see the cosmos in their eyes is simple kirby art where the same idea is represented by a star shape in the highlights

I think I started with the shapes I could easily identify. So I started with the halo headshape and tried to build down. The reference I was given looked like this (it's a super cool painting but with that pose and all those highlights, it was a bit confusing as a ref, hah)

well for starters i just use colors that are around here and use reddish and pale orange hues (mostly pink shades) and blend them together like dark - semi dark - light like the one i did on the neck and some white highlights
