So it's safe to say Lave has more masculine traits out of the cast so far. But I think a lot of people assume she rejects softness because of this, and that's not exactly true. Female characters can be tough and soft and not be any lesser for it.

Only 5 images of the original Concept Art for THE WIZARD OF OZ (1939) have been found. Jack Martin Smith (1911-1993) drew 60+ designs for all the sets. MGM rejected them & wanted a more 'ethereal' look, so he did them over again. Over 100 originals may be locked in the MGM vaults
