utilt... is just kinda there? i found myself not using it much in test matches bc it felt kinda slow despite the importance of getting opponents in the air with fidget

it was meant to be kinda like marth utilt, except faster and cooler, doubling as an anti air and combo move

One advantage of using sprites is that you can produce results much faster than models and don't need a lot of complex knowledge of 3d software to get it work, downside is that it's damn tedious animating everything frame by frame.
