Question 2: Highlights/Blur tool!

It seems to smudge it a lot when I use the blur tool, and it doesn't look very good :( For highlights, I tried to recreate them, but mine are very messy, and I am unsure how to use the blur tool to blend them!

Quick Background study I did a few weeks back:
Say it took around an hour to half an hour, didn't record the time.

It's getting easier for my eyes to discern colors without using the eyedropper tool so that's good! Def gonna do more of these when I get the time
