This is true for the base roster of MK11 except Cetrion for some reason only older characters can be sexualized,thicc&have big tiddies.
MKX to be fair is only slightly more sexualized than 11 so the image isn't totally accurate.

Yeah, I also have varying styles so that last part isn't completely accurate. And I mean REALLY different. So while I can see your point for art thieves, there are a lot of legitimate artists who frequently change their styles depending on what the intent is.
