I can definitely see the similarities between the new ship and the Galaxy 1, esp in the front.

You can see the blocky design, prominent hangar bays, etc. but it also looks alien enough with fins and thrusters. Maybe it’s modified infinity guard with alien tech?

(my usual style is detailed lines, flat warmer colors, a lot of squiggly stuff vs lineless, cool colors and mood lighting, blocky shapes)

[oc] sketched him again last night. was feeling tired and released my inhibitions..... i.e. the "blocky" aspect of my art style ended up being taken up a notch and the poses became more loose and MAN i should work on drawing like this when i'm not tired...
