My Midjourney-process so far for the robots: creating concept art → use concept art as an image-prompt and add clothes/colors/background prompts → if the prompt shows nice results, mix it up with custom settings (here ink-themed).

I'm still trying to get the best results with AI, but recently, each new option i test becomes more difficult to stabilize than the previous ones 😅
Sorry for the unstable and inconsistent that the illustrations may be, i assure you i'm posting the best i can do at the moment 👌
