Gif I made of my Kelpie Knox, doing what he thinks is a pretty normal Blep. He would honestly want to know if he's doing 'cute' correctly.

Created a new Kelpie OC cause I have no self control.
Hes a bitey fellow that does not like intruders on his territory and can transform into a human to lure others to their doom.

you missed out on a golden opportunity to have an each-usige/kelpie Pokemon in the UK region that could've been in glorious combat with galarian Rapidash! It could've been water/ghost/or fairy!

We have a lot of Pokemon that trick people to their death, so why not turn it around and make a Kelpie that's also a St. Bernard! It lives in the ocean and carries shipwrecked sailors back to land. Their seaweed fur is still annoyingly clingy though

water spirit the Kelpie, haunts rivers and lakes. Appearing as a horse with a wet mane, it lures people to ride on its back where they stick to it’s adhesive skin. The kelpie dives into the water drowns them then eats them.
