The way colors can look diffefent/washed out on different surfaces is so cool.

Similar note: The colors are the same in both of these but the outlines made them look so wildly different.

Well this one is scrapped too.. really liked how the legs were shaded but I can't do the same to the suit.

Also there was a distinct background style difference between the studios at the time:
- Hanna-Barbera had a more graphic-design approach,
- Disney had a semi-realistic style without outlines.
- Fleischer had a hyper stylized BG style with realistic light, similar to Pixar.

Then the outlines, probably the most unique part about it.
They are really huge, obviously. But they get thinner around the face and chest areas.
They often also form spikes sometimes.
Shadows and the outlines are always the same color, to be exact.

At first I thought it was from Tiger Mask, but the outlines in the show are black and don't use colored lines in the character's designs. I believe the best way to find an answer is to look through all the shows Toei made to see which one uses this type of design.
