Happy to help support but haha 🤣🤨WTF is up with that new pseudonym?! Yeah I know it's a Harry Potter reference but when your brown skinned/ ethnically-mixed like we are , it also has a double meaning. IG is totally going to delete that account. 😆 I hope not though

“Happy birthday Megumi.” It was dawn of December 22nd when Sukuna tailed Toji Fushiguro to the black lake when he saw him. Green eyed and pale skinned—

He was beautiful

Or just make her less yellow rather than making her dark skinned (either works but if we’re keeping true to design while also getting rid of the racism)

I love Addis and Victor (Ciella not as much), but World Flipper has done a great job of showing how much more that Dragalia can do with dark-skinned characters if they try... here's to hoping we get some like these someday!

Even fair skinned characters..
everyone uses their own tones..

EX: Take a sample of each and notice the base is a bit different in each.

but suddenly this is an issue if tone variation is done on a dark skinned character..

An almost daily occurrence on where fans will go out of their way to harass artists for their style of coloring in regards to darker skinned characters claiming "whitewashing" and racism.

This isnt a "lighter pastel color" it's a characters skintone, if you're not skilled or knowledgeable enough to draw dark skinned characters don't accept the commission. It's not an insult to the artist it's an issue for the customer, it's racist lmao?

Also, coloring dark skin characters really isn't all that difficult, I'd say.

I use the bucket tool to color everything, and no one's batted an eye yet lmao

You literally

Just make the skin dark.

We're DARK-SKINNED.

Like, you know anime has a wide range of character styles

(I’m aware Rumi isn’t technically black. However she’s still dark skinned, and while I personally don’t care one or the other, her English VA is African American)
