It’s so cool creating dtiys pieces and then seeing the works side by side🤩✨

I love how her dark skin contrasts against all the pink and the original is also so pretty with all the pale blushy shades. Thanks for this I got to make art of my Fantasy OC 💖

The artist had a circle of intellectual friends including Goldsmith, Fox, Johnson & Kauffman. This contrasts with Gainsborough’s many musical friends & fondness for the Demi-Monde. Ms Monckton (1777-8) & Mrs Abington (1771) demonstrate his depiction of women as sexual objects.

Pink elements and dark colors create sharp contrast in the interiors of restaurant and showroom: https://t.co/ZerP6vS5v3

Here's some very rough design doodles I never got to finished of the Ghost Riders, first one for Johnny Blaze and the other two for Robbie Reyes. Wanted to have them contrast in body type, even was trying to incorporate "Día de los Muertos" skull for Robbie.

Okay so I realized I forgot something. And that's CHARACTER CONTRAST. Kirito's color scheme is black and blue, Asuna's color scheme is white and red. By COLOR ALONE they contrast almost PERFECTLY.

Compare and contrast two methods of creating a piece. I enjoyed this a lot and I am happy with the results.

Here’s me drawing Bukayo Saka, leaving out the exterior lines and building up the interior with deep pink purples and blues. Leaving the kit as a vector like piece with the organic style of the head blooming from the neck is to enhance the contrast and direct the eye.

crop of a BIG illo I just finished *___*
i really love coloring these in Illustrator. enjoying contrast between the very wonky, hand-drawn ink lines to the solid shapes. and it takes soooo much less time vs raster graphics, especially the doc size of 28,000px

Working on contrast and value control in one of my old pieces and wow focusing on subtler value transitions definitely saves my eyes a world of hurt
