i LOVE how Big Man's boss fight is a very direct callback to Super Mario Sunshine's Phantamanta, even using the same ink colors. Takes me back to when Splatoon 1 was first revealed and everyone would not stop comparing it to Sunshine. full circle.

one really cool thing i have noticed about big man is that the tips of his fins do appear to change color like how all the other idols change their ink color , really hard to see in the first picture but they are infact slightly green at the ends :]
