Remember when Takashi Tezuka said something about experimenting with an "overhead" perspective in SMB3? I think this is what he was talking about, a view as seen on Alex Kidd The Lost Stars. I feel like Mario's pose as he looks up on the title screen retains a bit of that idea.
@RevolQueen About the sign I just wrote it normally and played around with the distortion tool to make it the same perspective that i had added to the whole library. cutting part of the word is alright too since not always you let all the words of a sign in the picture when you take a photo
@RevolQueen something else that might help you is paying attention to the perspective, sometimes drawing the guidelines can help you a lot! specially with backgrounds where most things use straight lines

This was a fun one to work on, never tried to do this kind of perspective before. Also I wasn't requested a specific shading style. Initially I was gonna make it cel shaded, but I decided to try a few things instead.
