I know the proportions look kind of lax in this one, however I had no clue what to draw, so I just scribbled and tried to imagine something in the mess, as an initial sketch. I was going to draw a microphone for the girl, but I'm tired. I think the perspective needs work too.

Approx. 50 min warmup sketch of the giant pterosaur Quetzalcoatlus northropi. Done with a cursory glance at a skeletal, so proportions may be a bit whack. Had fun with this one! Trying to improve my understanding of colour&light with less emphasis on detail

In general, I think my art tends to falter when it comes to hands and feet due to a combination of rushing and lack of practice. Here's my Morrigan from a while ago as an example. The hand on her right is proportioned ok but her left hand is lumpy and weird.
