Now color as a composition tool. Negative space is a very fun thing to experiment with. It's a part of the drawing with no details usually used to let the viewer to rest his eyes form the details. You can use color to guide the eye, to highlight smth ect

I'm not as happy with this one, the more detailed the more need for a composite of multiple images which lowers it's quality overall.

Cure Mermaid is one of my top fave Cures. I may not be rich, but I do relate to her in many other ways, from doubting future careers to being just a liiiitle socially awkward despite having a leadership position

i love this so much because it does not go exactly in depth on how to actually draw expressions (position of eyes, eyebrows, mouth shape, etc) it just says "just DRAW" in the most polite way ever
