I'm looking for any assistance and advice on the best way to compress this simple animation down to 3mb and what format would be best to render it in. The artist is rendering it as a gif in CSP but the best we seem to be able to get it down to is 10mb after halving the frames.

but they also seem to be lacking legs in the artwork
being a crab and all, a couple extra legs couldnt hurt...
