I grew up copying Quentin Blake illustrations. Like many the reason I draw is owed to him! Particularly love this one. The simplicity of it and the beautiful complimentary colour scheme is wonderful.

Probably "Dream UV" addon could also be used together with a model, to give that look generated with AI via depth. I have not tried multiple projections... ideally EYEK addon is updated or Blender has multiprojection system utilizing StableDiffusion depth or SD3...
