I guess to an extent i have this same issue with anthro animals too where 90% of the time i draw them more realistically with clear thighs, calves and toes/feet. But a younger me always just simplified them and maybe sometimes that looks better? its certainly easier... IDK

Making a smooth sky background is much easier in a smaller resolution, but this is the resolution that works for the parallax background in my game, so it's what I went with.

New half-head I'm working on. This one is taking a lot more work in the pre-printing stage, but I'm hoping by making it like this in segments it'll be a lot easier to sand and paint. This one should also have a movable jaw once I'm done.
